Hudson Kapel (HK) was established over 20 years ago in the Bedford area. It has always been entirely focussed on working with the vehicle trade in all its many aspects. Essentially HK has always oiled the wheels of the motor trade, connecting the industry with consumers.

The company has long term contracts with a wide range of Vendors in the UK, who trust Hudson Kapel to service their cars, fix them when involved in an accident, and refurbish them before selling them onto trade buyers. These Vendors are many of the biggest managers of the largest fleets of cars and vans, which they rent and lease to the commercial, fleet and public users.

Not only do Hudson Kapel offer a very professional service, but all vehicles under its vehicle maintenance programme are precisely documented - both physically and digitally, so that any vehicle’s history can be found immediately on request by owner, authority or future owner.

The company also owns a number of maintenance garages, where it services and repairs vehicles involved in accidents. This is a key difference which makes Hudson Kapel unique in the rental, leasing and fleet world.

Another string to the Hudson Kapel bow is the auction division. The company currently runs a very successful closed bid auction for salvage vehicles, both damaged and non-running. Each week, HK auction off hundreds of popular used vans, owned by some of the biggest rental, leasing, and corporate businesses in the UK. Our sales take place every week, going live every Friday afternoon enabling any Registered Buyer to view the vehicles and submit their closed bids online by 1pm on the Wednesday (Closing day). All vehicles on our sites are available to view on specific days each week. Hudson Kapel sell the vast majority of salvage vans on offer, and are clearly highly capable in disposing of these kind of vans for their trade customers.
Hudson Kapel also run a weekly used van weekly auction, again offering 3 years old plus vans from well known, large, successful Vendors of vans, such as Enterprise.
We do not hold title to the vehicles that are offered for sale. They are all the sole property of our customers.
